Imdaad expected to grow by 10% to 15% in 2018, Lootah tells fmME magazine

Imdaad group CEO Jamal Abdulla Lootah is confident of a positive 2018 for the regional FM sector, despite citing a few challenges.

“2017 was a difficult year, 2018 will also have its difficulties but we can see the developments in Dubai and UAE [having a positive impact on the FM sector],” Lootah told fmME exclusively.

Lootah, who occupied the number one spot in the 2017 fmME Power 50 rankings for the sixth year running, also added that Imdaad will continue growing in the energy management sector, while investing additional funds in technology.

“The growth will be between 10% to 15% [for 2018]… and in order to achieve that we have to keep investing in our people and ensuring we add significant value to our client’s operations.
