Buildings and Places Lead | AECOM

The buildings and places (B&P) lead will be responsible for the development of the overall end market in accordance with AECOM B&P and EMIA (Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa) strategy and growth.

The scope of responsibility involves producing business development plans and marketing activities to cultivate an enhanced presence and client base in the Middle East market, as well as securing future projects for the practice lines, for instance design, planning and economics, building engineering, architecture, and cost consultancy. An important part of the role is identifying, and aligning with, high-level influencers and clients in the public and private sectors, to present AECOM as the strategic consultant of choice.

This role requires a person with a proven history of strong technical leadership and management abilities, capable of collaborating and providing strong direction and ownership of multi-disciplinary projects, some of which will be delivered with a team based in country, or remotely across various EMIA locations.
