Smardt Chiller and US Chiller Services announced their new partnership, with service provider contracts executed for New York Tri State area and regional Arabian Gulf markets.
This partnership gives US Chillers priority access to Smardt chiller products and services as well as the award-winning CPECS chiller plant energy optimisation technology.
US Chillers managing partner Dan Mizesko said: “If you’re a building owner, a Smardt chiller is a no-brainer. Your lifetime savings in energy costs, maintenance and repair costs compared with older lubricated equipment fall straight to your bottom line, and we’ve seen total plant savings of over 60%.”
Jared Peters general manager of Smardt’s growing Solutions division said: “Our joint opportunities are enormous, with US Chiller Services responsible for hundreds of thousands of tons of aging chiller plants and superb HVAC engineering resources in both New York and the Middle East.
“And when we drive down HVAC energy consumption together across this big base, improved owner profits last throughout the life of the chiller plant.”
Smardt is based in Montreal, with additional factories in Stuttgart, Melbourne, New York and Guangzhou.
It now has some 7,000 Smardt high-efficiency low-maintenance chillers in operation across the globe, and over 900 chiller models on offer from 60 tonnes to 2,500 tonnes capacity.
