Hamdan Sports Complex renews IFM contract with Imdaad

Dubai-based FM company will offer a range of operation and maintenance services including waste management

Hamdan Sports Complex has renewed its contract with Imdaad Facilties Management to provide integrated facilities services for the next two years.

Imdaad will also provide waste management services as part of the agreement.

Jamal Abdulla Lootah, group CEO of Imdaad, said: “As a leading sports venue in Dubai, Hamdan Sports Complex is an important part of our client base, and with the renewal of the contract, we have reached another milestone in our growth journey."

Following the renewal of the contract for the third consecutive time, Imdaad will continue to offer hard services, such as operations and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems; and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), as well as internal and external civil works.

As for soft services, the company will offer general cleaning services and water storage tank and swimming pool cleaning.

In addition, it will provide specialist services that include operation and maintenance of firefighting and detection equipment and systems, chillers, elevators, solar heating, underwater cameras, medal award flag raising system, as well as water treatment systems.

Spread across an area of 24 hectares, Hamdan Sports Complex is the largest multi-purpose sports facility in the Middle East with a seating capacity for 15,000 spectators.
