Azizi Developments’ serviced apartment block, Azizi Farishta, will be finished ahead of schedule in the second quarter of 2018.

The $69m (AED255m) retail and residential complex in Al Furjan, Dubai, will be on the market soon, after Azizi Development said it had “picked up the pace of construction” across a score of sites.

Launched in 2016, Azizi Farishta is one of seven projects in Al Furjan district that Azizi Developments said it hoped to complete by the summer.

On the progress of Azizi Farishta, Mirwais Azizi, chairman of Azizi Group, said: “We understand that homebuyers and investors are putting their faith in developers to deliver on time, therefore Azizi Developments will continue to push ahead at this pace to deliver projects that are of an international standard ahead of schedule.

“Completing the Azizi Farishta project ahead of schedule will further reinforce our existing investors trust in the projects delivery front, also the high standards of our projects”, Azizi added.

When complete, Azizi Farishta will offer 284 serviced apartments – 137 studios, 124 one-room apartments, and 23 two-bed units. Around 669m2 of retail space will be available too.

Azizi Farishta also boasts a valet parking service, restraint and café, a spa, gym and a host of other hotel facilities.

As a district Al Furjan has grown in popularity for both residential and commercial real estate development. And once the 15km Route 2020 metro extension is completed, the area will benefit from enhanced transport links rending Azizi Farishta an increasingly attractive residential area.

Azizi Farishta is not the only project Aziz anticipates will be completed ahead of schedule. The $68m (AED350m) Dubai Healthcare City-based Aliyah Residences by Azizi will be done in Q2. The Mina by Azizi project on Palm Jumeirah, worth $152m (AED 780m) will be delivered in Q3.

Separately, phases three and four of Azizi Developments’ flagship project, the $2.3bn (AED 12bn) Azizi Riviera, are set to begin this month.
