CW Skills Gap Survey: Are employers offering growth opportunities?

Is the Middle East's construction industry doing enough to develop its workforce?

Construction Week is surveying the Middle East’s construction community to find out if employees are receiving enough training and education in their jobs.

Because productivity woes mainly emanate from a lack of skill credentials, aptitude levels, inadequate supervision and service infrastructure, and organisational failures in effective HR management, the result is a growing skills gap in the industry.

Therefore, the results of CW Skills Gap Survey 2018 will provide a valuable barometer for the Middle East’s construction community, enabling participants to evaluate the level of training and education currently being invested by their employers.

Once the survey has concluded, the information provided will be collated and analysed by our editorial team to form the basis of a special report, which will be published by the end of March.

All information provided as part of the survey will remain strictly anonymous, and will not be shared with any third party.

To find out if you’re receiving efficient training for your role, simply complete our brief questionnaire.
