Dubai Municipality completes $27m staff complex at Al Twar

Complex comprises of three residential buildings of four floors each

Dubai Municipality has inaugurated its $27.8m (AED102m) staff housing complex at Al Twar as part of its efforts to support its employees well being.

The complex comprises of three residential buildings of four floors each and is spread across a total area of 30,000m2 .

The development comprises of 150 apartments, which includes 78 apartments three-bedroom units, a hall and a maid's room, 66 apartments with two bedrooms and a hall, and six apartments with one bedroom and a hall. It also includes a common area and other facilities.

Eng. Marwan Abdullah Mohammed Al Mohammed, director of general projects department, Dubai Municipality, said: “While constructing the complex, we have taken into account the latest green building standards and requirements of the municipality as well as the privacy aspect in the interior design of apartments and finishes of the distinctive spaces and corridors in the building.”
