First phase of Millennium Binghatti Residences 60% sold

Binghatti Developers announced on Sunday that it has sold 60% of the units for the first phase of its $109m (AED400m) Millennium Binghatti Residences.

Overlooking the Dubai Water Canal in Business Bay, the 29-storey tower will be the first hotel-inspired residential project in the area, designed after the Millennium Hotels and Resorts.

The project, which was announced in February, will comprise of 230 units of studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments.

The tower will also offer daycare services, catering facilities, laundry facilitation, and  housekeeping services.

Muhammad BinGhatti, CEO and head of architecture at Binghatti Developers, said: “We are very pleased with the response we have received for Millennium Binghatti Residences which is Binghatti’s first Hotel-inspired project in Business Bay.

“The iconic building is a wise investment for both regional and international investors, with residents set to become part of a thriving community. The success observed during the first phase of the project’s sales strengthen the city’s reputation as a safe-haven for property investments.”

Millennium Binghatti Residences is due for completion in December 2019.
