Project amenities will include a private swimming pool, garden and outdoor seating area as well as a maid’s room, driver’s room, and two parking bays.

Robert Booth, managing director, Ellington, said: “The Ellington Collection at The Palm Island is indeed at the pinnacle of our offering and takes us to new heights in terms of our growing portfolio and product diversity.”

The developer marked the release of seven projects in 2017 including Belgravia II & III, Eaton Place, DT1 and its Emirates Hills project. The company also launched the Wilton Residences I & II at MBR City earlier this year.

Ellington said it will expand its project portfolio and double the number of residential units to be launched in 2018.
