The first-ever Construction Week Dispute Resolution Question Time event will be held in Dubai later this month.
The inaugural edition takes place at Al Sarab Ballroom, Le Meridien Beach Resort & Spa, Dubai, on 21 March 2018.
Topics to be discussed at Construction Week’s maiden Dispute Resolution Question Time include late payment resolution, contract claims, arbitration options, and alternative dispute resolution (ADS) mechanisms.
The panel boasts a mix of heavy-hitting legal representatives with deep knowledge of the Middle East’s construction sector. Among the panelists are UK-based multinational firms Pinsent Masons and Berwin Leighton Paisner, alongside Driver Consult.
The four-hour event kicks off at 5pm on Wednesday, 21 March and includes two panel sessions, a refreshment break, and an opportunity for networking before the event closes at 9pm. The first panel will tackle some of key issues and take questions from the chair. The second panel, which follows the coffee break, will let audience members ask questions directly to the panelists.
