CW Oman Awards 2018: Muscat Int'l Airport named Infrastructure Project of the Year

The Muscat International Airport’s MC3 Component by the Bechtel-Enka-Bahwan (BEB) Consortium was crowned Construction Week Oman Awards 2018’s Infrastructure Project of the Year.
The project saw the involvement of 911 local companies, and employed 2,248 Omanis.
The jury commended BEB’s work on the project, which will go on to reshape Oman’s economic and development landscape.
Design Group Engineering Consultants’ Safeguarding Border was named this year’s Highly Commended Infrastructure Project at the Construction Week Oman Awards 2018.
Other finalists in the category included Asphalt Road of Wadi Minqal and Wadi Bani Jaber by Renardet S.A. & Partners Consulting Engineers, and Salalah Free Zone Adhan Phase 1A (Infrastructure Works Package 1A) by Larsen & Toubro (Oman).
