Al Barari names retail leasing partner for Phase 2 of Dubailand project
The development's residential component is due for completion in July 2018, while the retail component is expected to be operational by Q4 2018
Real estate consulting firm, CBRE, has been appointed as the exclusive retail leasing partner for Seventh Heaven.
The second phase of the Al Barari development in Dubailand, Seventh Heaven consists of two residential buildings, comprising a total of 157 apartments.
The project also features restaurants and lifestyle dining facilities, as well as skincare boutiques and salons, banks, and yoga and Pilates fitness centres.
The development's residential component is due for completion in July 2018, while the retail component is expected to be operational by Q4 2018, according to CBRE.
Commenting on the appointment, CBRE Middle East’s head of investor leasing, Anthony Spary, said: “CBRE is delighted to partner with Al Barari for the launch of Seventh Heaven retail.
“Set in green surroundings, Al Barari has become a culinary, leisure, and wellness hub for UAE residents, with a key focus on quality, health, and wellness.”
“As consumer appetite for quality, eco-friendly products and services increases in the region, we anticipate high demand for this space from reputed and renowned retail brand names,” he added.
Earlier this year, CBRE was selected to support with leasing and on-going retail consultancy before and during the operation of Al Falah Healthcare’s Abu Dhabi project, The Medical Mall.
