Attendees will hear from the leaders of the MEP industry as they address the issues and opportunities surrounding the UAE’s MEP sector.

This year's event will discuss topics related to cash flow issues that can be detrimental to projects completing on time and can lead to additional work, incurring further cost in the long run, or even disputes.

The MEP sector, therefore, must be prepared for the wealth of growth opportunities and businesses must be sure to assess their position in the market and evaluate strategies in order to benefit their long-term objectives.

Furthermore, there will be a session that will provide insight into the benefits of modular construction and how this can facilitate coordination and introduce manufacturing efficiencies to the traditionally complex HVAC and MEP industry.

Retrofitting will continue to be one of the topics, with an angle towards the financing of retrofit projects and the role of (Energy Services Company) ESCOs.
