Dubai-based Signature Developers has topped-out and commenced fit-out works on its second project, The Residences in Jumeirah Lakes Towers.

Located on the upper floors of the new Taj Hotel property, The Residences will feature three collections of 80 residential units each, dubbed Monogram, Autograph, and Signature.

Each apartment will offer a touchscreen home automation system, as well as a panoramic glass pod, sky terrace or balcony.

The project is expected to complete in 2018, according to a press statement.

Raju Shroff, director of Signature Developers, said: “We’re excited to see the progress on The Residences in JLT. The property is located in a bustling neighbourhood, hence it has been our priority to provide residents with homes that cater to their lifestyle and maintain their privacy.”

“We believe in elevating the quality of life by building outstanding homes," added Jayant Ganwani, director of Signature Developers. "The Residences JLT provide the perfect private havens. We can’t wait to see the finished apartments and hand over the keys to the owners."

The Signature Collection comprises six apartments located on floors 37 to 42, of which three are full-floor penthouses located on levels 37,39, and 41. The collection also includes five-bedroom apartments located on floors 38, 40 and 42.

The Autograph Collection will include 21 units in total, with 18 units on levels 31 to 36 of three-, four- and five-bedroom apartments. Levels 38, 40 and 42 of the collection will be dedicated to 280m2 three-bedroom apartments.

The Monogram Collection includes 53 two- and three-bedroom residences located between floors 20 to 30, with five apartments per floor.

The five-star Taj Hotel extends from the ground floor to the 17th floor and features 200 guest rooms and suites, in addition to recreational facilities and dining venues.
