The construction of Somerset Mews, a residential project in Dubai, is progressing ahead of schedule, Dubai-based developer Ellington has announced.

Located in Jumeirah Village Circle, Somerset Mews will feature 17, G+2 four-bedroom townhouses and being developed alongside existing Ellington projects such as Belgravia and Eaton Place.

Elie Naaman, executive director of Sales & Marketing, Ellington, said: “The progress in construction of Somerset Mews ahead of schedule underlines our commitment to timely delivery.

“Highlighted by boutique design elements and the highest standards of quality, Somerset Mews is another example of Ellington staying ahead of the curve through our focus on design excellence.

“The townhouses offer design-focused finishing, quality fittings and fixtures, and overall attention to detail.”

The company recently launched The Ellington Collection at The Palm Jumeirah, featuring five signature waterfront villas.

Ellington also broke ground on its Belgravia Heights I project earlier this month in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) community.

The residential building will include 155 studios, one, and two bedroom units, as well as a landscaped podium level, a swimming pool, a children’s play area, and a fitness centre.
