Construction and property consultancy Thomas & Adamson is looking for an inter project manager to join its team in Dubai. The scope of responsibility includes assisting the project manager with day-to-day management, monitoring, and reporting activities, and in creating and administering project execution plans. The successful candidate will also assist in collecting and analysing project data, and in reviewing consultant and vendor invoices and contractor requisitions against actual progress and for compliance with contract terms.

Applicants must be capable of acting as the secondary point of contact for clients, contractors, and consultants at project level. They should also demonstrate proficiency in oral and written communications, an understanding of the basic sequence and stages of project development, and good decision-making skills when implementing instructions from the project manager. A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related technical field like architecture and construction is a requirement for this position, as is three to five years of relevant office and field experience.
