UAE-based developer Ellington has launched Belgravia Heights in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), its third project under the brand name.

Belgravia Heights, the developer’s 10th building under construction in Dubai, is a residential building comprising 155 studios, as well as one-, and two-bedroom units.

Along with a landscaped podium level, amenities for the project include a resort-style pool, a children’s play area, and a modern fitness centre.

Joseph Thomas, managing director, Ellington, said: “Our architects have followed the signature design of the Belgravia collection which reflect Ellington’s key values and commitment to timeless design and quality.

“Our Belgravia brand has become synonymous with aesthetically designed homes in JVC district, assuring residents of a distinctive lifestyle experience.”

One of the top five areas with the most off-plan transactions, Ellington has launched a number of projects in JVC, including Somerset Mews, which the developer announced was progressing ahead of schedule last month.

The project features 17 G+2 four bedroom townhouses and is ideal for small families and professionals.

In 2017, Ellington launched Eaton Place, which is due for handover this year, and Wilton Terraces, a 115-unit building launched last October and the developer’s first project in MBR City.
