Saeed Al Qatami, CEO of Deyaar, said: “Delivering a project to our owners at the beginning of the year sets the tone for what we aim to accomplish in 2018.
“Mont Rose is one of our iconic projects, which is situated to take advantage of Dubai’s up-and-coming areas – including the Expo 2020 site.
Owners were invited to an orientation event to go through the handover process and the necessary procedures and to inspect their units before receiving their keys.
The developer is also expected to deliver another residential and hotel-apartment project, The Atria, in the second quarter of 2018.
The Atria is located in Business Bay and includes a four-star hotel, as well as 347 serviced apartments managed by the Millennium & Copthorne Group, and 219 residential units.
Facilities for the project include a spa, a fine dining restaurant, a gymnasium, and an infinity pool.
