Wasl's Mandarin Oriental hotel in Dubai 74% complete

Wasl Asset Management Group’s under-construction Mandarin Oriental Hotel on Dubai's Jumeirah Beach is 74% complete.
Construction of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel – Jumeirah Beach is on track for delivery in Q4 2018, according to developer Wasl Asset Management Group.
The next phase of construction will cover internal aspects of the hotel, including guestrooms, corridors, public areas and the restaurants and lounge areas. External stone façade work will be launched as well.
The hotel will comprise 256 rooms, a gym, a 2,800m² spa, a beach club, and infinity pools with high-end landscaped gardens, as well as six restaurants.

Mandarin Oriental Hotel – Jumeirah Beach will be Dubai’s first luxury Mandarin Oriental-branded facility, the second of which will be launched in Dubai two years later.
The Mandarin Oriental Hotel – Sheikh Zayed Road was launched by Wasl in 2017, and the five-star hotel is due for delivery in 2020.
