Phase 1 of the Manar Mall expansion is expected to be completed in Q3 2018.

Real estate developer and investment company Al Hamra Group has completed the main construction works on Phase 1 of its $100m (AED367.3m) Manar Mall expansion project.

Fit-out activities on individual units are being implemented in stages, the Ras Al Khaimah-based company revealed in a statement, noting that all works on Phase 1 are expected to be completed in Q3 2018, when landscaping and infrastructure works for Phase 2 will be carried out.

Once fully completed, the expansion project will take the property’s gross leasable area (GLA) from 28m2 to almost 56m2. This increase will see around 80 retail units added to the mall, according to the developer.
