Construction of Dubai's Binghatti Stars on track for 2018 completion
The 362-unit residential building will be delivered in the fourth quarter of this year, its developer confirmed
The construction of Dubai's Binghatti Stars is being carried out at an “accelerated pace”, and the residential project is on course for a Q4 2018 delivery.
Two basement levels, the ground floor, and three residential storeys of the Binghatti Stars building in Dubai Silicon Oasis have been completed, according to Binghatti Developers.
The 362-unit residential building includes a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, and the speed of construction renders it on track for a December 2018 delivery.
Binghatti Stars is located near Dubai Academic City, a feature that could provide investors with a steady flow of prospective renters who want to live close to the cluster of universities, the developer said.
Commenting on the project, Binghatti Developers’ chief executive officer and head of architecture, Muhammad BinGhatti, said: "We are very pleased with the progress of construction works in Binghatti Stars.
“We consider our commitment to delivery times as a priority, which is a well-known fact solidified by timely deliveries of Binghatti’s past projects”.
Binghatti Developers is the real estate arm of Binghatti Holding, and is involved in affordable housing projects, many of which feature the company’s signature orange and white façades.
The company operates in several parts of Dubai including Business Bay, Jumeirah Village Circle, Al Jadaf, Dubai Marina, and Liwan.
