Find construction services with new UAE app
Buildeey has been launched to provide construction-related services in the UAE
A free mobile app to help thousands of construction professionals win projects and connect online has launched in the UAE.
Buildeey is a digital platform for construction-related services available as a free mobile application on iOS or Android or via its website.
Using the app "guarantees an increase in market shares and a steady stream of projects", said Dubai-based Buildeey Tech – FZE, which launched the service.
Buildeey is a platform on which engineers, excavators, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) contractors, architects, and artists among others can chat online, and find work.
Companies can promote their business online, highlight services, and talk to international suppliers to find the best possible deal for the construction service they need.
Through the app, building professionals can upload photographs of previous projects, which consumes and construction professionals can view online.
Companies or individuals can create an profile that includes contact details, a description of the services they offer, with functions to call, web chat or add the individual or company as a Buildeey friend.
Buildeey Tech was founded by Hussam Alrefaai who described the app as more of a “digital dynamic society” than just a “platform”.
“[Buildeey] provides a win-win situation and fosters positive competition where suppliers can expand their network and promote their businesses through the powerful search bar and interface offered by the platform.
“This in turn brings a positive impact on the growth of their businesses. On the side of consumers, Buildeey provides a smart window that enables them to explore construction-related services as well as select and directly contact professional suppliers to eventually conclude mutually beneficial agreements.”
Alrefaai said the UAE’s ongoing efforts to innovate in the fields of tech, data, and construction “propelled” him to launch Buildeey in the UAE. Expanding the app across the Middle East, and even further afield, has not been ruled out.
