The Dubai Civil Defense is tackling a blaze at Zen Tower in Dubai Marina

Dubai Civil Defense is working to put out a fire that ripped through Zen Tower in Dubai Marina on Sunday 13 May.

The building has been safely evacuated and no injuries have been reported, according to a tweet from the Government of Dubai Media Office.

The government media office did not say when or how the fire started, but Abu Dhabi-based newspaper the National said the fire started at 11am.

Zen Tower sits on the south side of Dubai Marina, close to Sheikh Zayed Road near the Garn Al Sabkah Street exit on the roundabout.
