The upcoming summer months, as well as the ongoing Holy Month of Ramadan, appear to hold numerous career advancement opportunities for the Middle East's construction professionals.

For instance, earlier this month, Marcus Taylor, managing partner of Taylor Sterling Associates, said that recruiters must use the Holy Month of Ramadan to plan their resources for the year to follow.

Meanwhile, job-hunters could use the upcoming months to focus on self-development programmes, and this is particularly significant, as Construction Week's Skills Gap Survey 2018 has found that 72% of the region's construction professionals believe that their colleagues fulfil to complete their tasks efficiently.

BuildingMENA.com, a Construction Week brand that is the Middle East's only recruitment portal for the construction industry, has more than 100 jobs listed each week.
