Construction works on Assass Investment’s three-star hospitality project in Dubai’s Al Furjan neighbourhood are more than 45% complete

Construction of Assass Investment’s three-star hospitality project in Dubai’s Al Furjan neighbourhood is expected to complete in August 2018.

Speaking to Construction Week, Kais Ben Salah, senior architect at Draw Link Group, said that construction works on the $16.3m (AED60m) project are more than 45% complete.

Draw Link Group is working on the project, which is due to open at the end of 2018, as the designer and fit-out firm, as well as the client representative.

Al Memzar Contracting, meanwhile is the contractor, and Chawla Architectural & Consulting Engineers is the consultant.

According to Ben Salah, the project’s subcontractors include Union Falcon for MEP and Sure international for HVAC.
