MAG Lifestyle Development (MAG LD), the development arm of MAG Group, has announced plans to launch two new projects in Jumeirah Village Circle worth nearly $82m (AED300m).
The projects, two 20-storey residential buildings dubbed MAG 612 and MAG 614, will be the developer’s first in the area.
The 26,013m2 MAG 614 comprises 223 units, including 80 studio units, 101 one-bedroom, and 42 two-bedroom apartments, as well as 261 parking spaces, a swimming pool, and health club.
Al Gurg Consultants has been commissioned to provide property solutions for MAG 612.
MAG 612 will also feature 144 units with 100 one-bedroom and 44 two-bedroom apartments, in addition to 182 parking spaces.
UAE-based architectural and engineering consultancy Engineer Adnan Saffarini Office will provide services for the MAG 614, which spans 23,362m2 and also includes a swimming pool, and health club.
Talal Moafaq Al Gaddah, CEO of MAG LD, said: “Based on our in-depth, customer-centric research, we know that Jumeirah Village Circle is a community to watch and we are confident that we will be adding significant value to the area with MAG 614 and MAAG 612.
“These projects will be the latest milestones in our ongoing mission to provide customers with investment and home buying opportunities that exceed their expectations.”
Last month, MAG issued an infrastructure tender for its MAG Eye project, a $1.2bn (AED4.7bn) master-planned mixed-use community development in Mohammed Bin Rashid City Meydan District 7, scheduled for delivery in Q3 2020.
