Dubai World Trade Centre office fit-out contract awarded

Summertown has been contracted by Dubai's DTCM to work on the 5,600sqm, LEED-certified office, located within Dubai World Trade Centre

Summertown Interiors has won work on an office within the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC).

The fit-out contractor was awarded the deal by Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

As part of the contract, Summertown will work with designers Eight Inc to deliver the 5,591m2 project in Q3 2018.

The LEED-certified workplace will feature an open plan concept, and use technology to boost connectivity and productivity. 

Commenting on the contract, Marcos Bish, managing director of Summertown Interiors, said the win was "a team effort".
