Phase 2 of Dubai's $109m Millennium Binghatti homes launched

Sales have been launched for Phase 2 of the $109m (AED400m) Millennium Binghatti Residences project in Dubai. 

Backed by Binghatti Developers, Phase 1 of the project, worth $37m (AED135m), is said to have met with “tremendous success”. 

The 29-storey waterfront project is being constructed along Dubai Water Canal in Business Bay, and is due to complete in Q4 2019. 

Under development are 230 residential units spanning studio, and one- and two-bedroom layouts, in addition to amenities such as swimming pools, parking, daycare, and gardens. 

Commenting on the sales launch of Phase 2, Muhammad BinGhatti, chief executive officer and head of architecture at Binghatti Developers, said: “The success observed during the first phase of the project’s sales strengthens the city’s reputation as a safe-haven for property investments.”

Binghatti Developers operates in key Dubai neighbourhoods such as Dubai Marina and Dubai Silicon Oasis, and is working on a “mega commercial project” in Abu Dhabi, spanning 9.29ha. The company’s investment portfolio totals $953m (AED3.5bn) across 30 projects.
