Dubai's $117m Azizi Plaza on track for early delivery in H2 2018
Ongoing work at Azizi Developments' second-largest project in Al Furjan includes internal finishing, and elevations on the building's façade
The 434-unit Azizi Plaza in Al Furjan, Dubai, is on track to be delivered ahead of schedule in the second half of 2018.
Azizi Developments said its approximately 47,000m² mixed-use Azizi Plaza was progressing quickly.
Ongoing work at the developer's second-largest project in Al Furjan includes internal finishing, and elevations on the building's façade.
The $117m (AED430m) Azizi Plaza boasts 286 studio units, 46 one-bedroom units, and 102 two-bedroom units. The building also has 873m² of retail space, in addition to amenities one would come to expect of Dubai properties, such as a pool, a spa, and a gym.
Completing the project ahead of schedule would be achievement for the developer, which wants to hand over five projects in Al Furjan by the end of the year.
"Azizi Plaza is our second largest project in Al Furjan and the end of 2018 will mark a milestone for us as we deliver five additional projects in Al Furjan," Mirwais Azizi, chairman of Azizi Group, said.
He added that the developer's mixed-use projects in Al Furjan were "selling rapidly" due to "marked infrastructure progress" during the past 12 months.
