UAE-based Azizi Developments is set to complete its Farishta Azizi project by the end of the year.

Located in Al Furjan, Farishta Azizi is one of the developer’s five projects currently under construction in the area, with works progressing on schedule, Azizi said in a recent update.

Finishing works, mechanical and electrical installations have reached the eighth floor and upwards. External works are moving as per plan to complete the building by the end of the year.

Launched in November 2016, the $69m (AED255m) Farishta Azizi will offer a total of 284 residential apartments including 137 studios, 124 one-bedroom units, and 23 two-bedroom units. Farishta Azizi also includes a retail space of 669m2 (7,200 sq. ft.).

Mirwais Azizi, chairman of Azizi Group, said: “Many of our projects - completed and handed over - are located in the vibrant community of Al Furjan. We aim to progress towards completing an additional five projects by the end of the year, including Farishta Azizi, in line with our construction-focused strategy.

“With this project, we are looking to deliver fantastic design, convenient access to public transport and a range of amenities, as well as high return on investment for our home buyers and investors.”
