Binghatti on track to completing $16m project by September

Construction of the $16m (AED60m) Binghatti East is moving at a rapid pace, and is expected to be delivered by the end of September 2018.

The basement, ground, and five residential floors of the 6-storey building have already been completed, according to a recent update by Binghatt Developers.

Located at the Silicon Oasis community in Dubai, the project spreads over a construction area of 153,682 sq ft.

Binghatti East features 60 residential units, including 40 one-bedroom and 20 two-bedroom apartments. Amenities include a swimming pool, a health club, a children’s play area, and a public terrace.

Commenting on the advancement of Binghatti East’s construction works, Muhammad BinGhatti, CEO and head of architecture at Binghatti Developers, said: "We are very pleased with the progress of construction works in Binghatti East. We have reached a business model that suits all customer segments, including real estate investors, as our speed of projects’ delivery allows investors to realise investment returns in record time through leasing or reselling.

“The centrally located community of Silicon Oasis has proven to be an excellent area for both end users and investors seeking long term rental returns thanks to its plentiful facilities and amenities, as well as its proximity to major landmarks in Dubai” BinGhatti added.

Binghatti is developing a number of other projects at Dubai Silicon Oasis including Binghatti Stars, Binghatti West, Binghatti Sapphires, Binghatti Crystals, Binghatti Platinum, and Binghatti Vista, with a total of 1,122 units currently being developed in the community.
