Cavendish Maxwell expands project and building team
Benjamin Walker will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the consultancy unit at Cavendish Maxwell's Dubai office
Cavendish Maxwell has appointed an associate partner to its project and building consultancy team in Dubai as part an effort to further develop this business line.
According to a press statement, Benjamin Walker will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team, supporting partner and head of department, Craig Ross.
Walker specialises in technical due diligence, life-cycle costing, condition surveys, dilapidations and project management of alteration and refurbishment projects.
He brings more than 13 years of experience of building and surveying and project management, gained both in the UK and New Zealand.
Before joining Cavendish’s Dubai team, Walker headed up the building consultancy department for the New Zealand arm of CBRE Asia Pacific between November 2016 and July 2018.
He holds a BSc in building surveying from Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland, UK.
