$93m Fawad Azizi homes launched in Dubai Healthcare City

The project, featuring mainly studio apartments, will be the Dubai-based developer Azizi's third premium residential project in DHCC

Azizi Developments has announced the launch of Fawad Azizi Residence, the Dubai-based developer’s third premium residential project in Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC).

Spread over a total construction area of 5.25ha (565,503 ft₂), the $93.1m (AED342m) project will have a total of 396 upscale apartments comprising 201 studio apartments, 165 one-bed units, and 30 two-bedroom apartments.

According to a statement by the development giant, the project will feature a “stylish and contemporary design” , complete with a glass façade, landscaped gardens, a swimming pool, retails areas, and covered parking.

With direct access to Al Khail Road and Oud Metha Road, Fawad Azizi is within close proximity to Dubai International Airport, Downtown Dubai, as well as the Dubai Festival City Mall, where residents will have access to more 200 shops.

“The project will be a prized investment for those seeking a premium residential lifestyle experience in a dynamic, multi-cultural community,” the developer added.

Speaking on the announcement, Aziz Group's chairman, Mirwais Azizi, said: “This location is one of the most promising in Dubai as it is widely known for its health and wellness facilities and access to Dubai’s lifestyle and entertainment hot spots, making it an excellent investment for buyers and investors.”

Azizi’s other two DHCC projects include its $128m (AED470m) Azizi Aliyah Residences, with a total 346 homes and 16,000 ft₂ of retail space, and Fahad Azizi Residence which has 634 units in total – the majority of them being studios.

The developed added: “Azizi Developments has demonstrated a faster pace of project development across the city, with all phases of Azizi Developments’ flagship project, the $3.3bn (AED 12bn) Azizi Riviera, developing rapidly.”
