“The appointment announcement of Condor Building Contracting comes just days after the project’s launch, showing Deyaar’s commitment to meeting the growing demand for high quality residential solutions and modern design.”
September 2018 has been a busy month for Deyaar, which has reported progress on its Midtown development during the period. Earlier in the month, the firm also to the Dubai Financial Market to deny rumours allegedly circulated on social media claiming that it had won a court case against Dubai developer Nakheel.
Later that week, the company was inaccurately reported by some media outlets as the potential merger of fellow listed developer Union Properties. These merger talks were denied by Union Properties in a statement to the Dubai bourse.
