Project / construction manager
Dar Consulting Engineers
Dar Consulting Engineers seeks a civil construction/ project manager to work on a project management contract in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate, the Saudi consultancy said, will have a solid background that demonstrates experience in “project management consultancy for construction projects”.
The Jeddah-based engineering contractor El Seif is seeking an experienced project director to handle responsibility for the delivery, profitability, and quality of an unnamed project by overseeing and managing all policies and procedures related to its operations, among other duties.
The role is based in the kingdom’s capital Riyadh.
With 12 years’ of experience in project management, of which at least seven in a managerial position, the candidate must hold at BSc in Civil Engineering and must be proficient in written and spoken English and Arabic.
Al Rashid Trading & Contracting Co. (RTCC)
Homegrown Riyadh-based contractor, Al Rashid Trading and Co, is looking for a construction manager to join its ranks. The ideal candidate must hold qualifications in civil engineering with a minimum of 10 years’ experience.
A crucial stipulation is the candidate must have previous experience of working with state-run oil giant Saudi Aramco.

Saudi oil and gas contractor Eram Engineering is looking for a Facilities Engineer for a project in Saudi city Jeddah.
Candidates must be able to physically conduct random inspections of all support facilities as required, and demonstrate maturity and excellence in communication.
Strong oral and written Arabic and English communication skills are also a must given the role is highly customer-oriented. A professional and tactful manner is a necessity too.
Recruitment firm QS Quest is seeking an experienced contracts manager to join a major civil engineering/ construction contractor in Riyadh.
Candidates should have at least 20 years’ experience in contracts and commercial management with either a QS or Civil Engineering degree. They should also have a strong contractor based background and have previously worked on large scale civil engineering projects in either roads, highways or rail.
Mud buildings rendering expert
Louis Berger is looking for a Mud Rendering Expert to look after a construction of heritage style hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an expert, the candidate will manage the design and construction oversee the project life cycle during Pre and Post contract phases of the project.
They will work closely with the Project Manager to provide technical expertise on the usage of mud as key material to the hotel’s finishing.
Power supply engineer
Parsons is looking for a Power System Engineer on the country’s flagship Riyadh Metro Project. Reporting to the Lead Engineer, The Power Systems Engineer is responsible for power system strategy and developing the functional and technical standards to which the systems will be designed.
Prerequisites include at least 10 years’ experience in traction power supply system engineering, ideally in metro / high speed railway projects.
Evidence of a successful track record in a similar role on a large infrastructure project is also necessary.
Dar Al Riyadh
Engineering consultancy Dar Al Riyadh is looking for a mechanical inspector to undertake supervision duties on a Riyadh site – to ensure general compliance of the works with shop drawings, specification and contract requirement.
The ideal candidate will coordinate all aspects of submittals, review and approvals against contract requirements, and when applicable report and advise on deviations.
A mechanical engineering diploma and a total of five years’ experience, including three in infrastructural projects, are required.
Rail systems manager
Atkins’ is looking for a ‘driven, ambitious and self-motivated’ candidate to join its transport and infrastructure (T&I) division as a rail systems manager.
The successful candidate will work closely with T&I's Saudi clients in wining work in the region for the rail sector.
Required is a minimum of 20 years’ experience in a similar role – with emphasis on railway operation and maintenance – or experience working in a similar role, with a strong technical railway background.
The candidate should have work experience in Saudi Arabia or another GCC country and hold at least a master's in engineering or equivalent.
MEP contracts administrator
Recruitment firm ICP Gulf is looking for a senior MEP contract administrator for a large high rise building project in Jeddah, on behalf of a “prestigious company and project”.
