Dubai-based developer Ellington has completed shoring and piling work on Belgravia Square, its residential project in the emirate’s Jumeriah Village Circle community.

The group said it has also appointed the contractor for mobilisation for on the project, which will add to the five projects already under the Belgravia brand. Construction Week has requested Ellington to share additional details about the mobilisation contractor.

Featuring a contemporary architectural layout, Belgravia Square will feature two L-shaped blocks that face each other, located between Belgravia I and Belgravia II projects. This makes it, as Ellington said, “a community within a  community”.
