Sobha Hartland among CW Awards 2018's residential project shortlist
The Residences at Marina Gate and Marasi Water Homes also in the running for Residential Project of the Year
Dubai’s Sobha Hartland homes by Indian-held developer, Sobha, are in the running for Residential Project of the Year honours at Construction Week Awards 2018. The residential megaproject is in the shortlist for a category that also includes a mixed-use development for Oman’s Public Authority For Social Insurance (Pasi) and Dubai’s Marasi Water Homes.
The full shortlist for this year’s residential project category include Bluewaters (ASGC); Damac Towers by Paramount Hotels & Resorts (KEO International Consultants); W Dubai (Depa Group); and The Residences at Marina Gate I & II (ALEC).

U+A has entered Marasi Water Homes for the category this year, whilst Wasl 51, nominated by VX Studio, has also made the shortlist. Aecom won Residential Project of the Year honours for Pasi’s mixed-use development at the Construction Week Oman Awards 2018, held in Muscat this March.
Now in their 14th year, Construction Week Awards will be held at Dubai’s J W Marriott Marquis hotel on 4 December, 2018. The event’s full shortlist is now available on constructionweekonline.com. Eight of the Middle East’s foremost construction experts from the real estate, contracting, consulting, and advisory sectors – including senior executives from Kier, Damac, and ProTenders – have been named as judges of this year’s Construction Week Awards.
