Dubai's Union Properties launches sale of Oia homes in Motor City
The development comprises 260 one- to four-bedroom apartments
Union Properties has released more than 200 units for sale at its Oia Residence project in Dubai Motor City.
The development comprises 260 ready-to-occupy one- to four-bedroom apartments in the heart of Union Properties' master development.
The Emirati developer is offering potential buyers a 30-month post-handover payment plan with a 50% discount on Dubai Land Department fees, said the company in a statement.
In 2017, Union Properties unveiled the Phase 2 masterplan for Dubai Motor City. Comprising a wide range of residential properties, recreational facilities, and business units, it is also home to Dubai Autodrome, the UAE’s first fully integrated multipurpose motorsports circuit.
This April, it was announced that China State Construction Engineering Corporation had been picked to work on the Zawaya project in Dubai.
Union Properties launched Zawaya, a mixed-use development in Motor City, as part of its $2.1bn (AED8bn) strategy to develop a new master plan for the neighbourhood.
