Gemini Property Developers are looking to tempt lucrative Indian investors at the Dubai Property Show in Mumbai.

As well as the completed maiden AED300 million Splendor residential project at Sobha Hartland within the Mohammed Bin Rashid (MBR) City, Gemini are showcasing upcoming G+29-storey Symphony residential project.

Gemini have already started handing over apartments of Splendor with first residents already moved-in. The G+8-storey residential building spans over a built-up area of over 320,000ft2, which includes 134 residential units comprising one, two and three-bedroom apartments, penthouses and townhouses.

The Symphony project has a built-up area of 361,974ft2 with apartments ranging from 430ft2 to 2900ft2. The luxury tower will house 455 residential apartments that include studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments. The residential project will be equipped with amenities including smart home technologies, a gym, yoga lawn, swimming pool, rooftop BBQ, jogging track, children’s play area, retail stores, much-needed green open spaces and concierge services for the residents.

Ground is broken and the project is scheduled for completion before October 2020.
