Highly commended in this category was KEO International Consultants for Kuwait Investment Authority headquarters, a project chosen for its true-to-tradition design and modern technology features. The project team was applauded for delivering a sustainable and smart project within time and budget.
The shortlist for Commercial Project of the Year at the 2018 awards included, in addition to Arcadis and KEO International Consultants, ASGC, Depa Interiors, Voltas Limited, Dubai World Trade Centre, Hoehler + alSalmy, Lom Architecture and Design, and Desimone Consulting Engineers

The independent panel of judges, comprising eight of the Middle East’s foremost construction experts, selected winners in 13 categories at the Construction Week Awards 2018.
