Ashgal finds Salwa flaws

The expert panel set up by Qatar's Public Works Authority (Ashghal) to look into the construction flaws in the Salwa Road project has found serious lapses in the design and execution of the project.

The expert panel set up by Qatar's Public Works Authority (Ashghal) to look into the construction flaws in the Salwa Road project has found serious lapses in the design and execution of the project.

A report said the concerned company failed to comply with the Qatar quality standards

"The survey produced some valuable findings on the estimated tyre pressures of the road. But the company did not consider this crucial factor while designing the project," the report said.
