Contractor to deliver mixed-use project for Damac in 18 months

Dar for Trading and Construction (DETAC) has picked up the contract for Park Avenue, Cairo-Alex Desert Road from developer Damac.

The mixed-use project will see DETAC deliver 723 retail units, 454 offices and parking for 3,000 cars, within 18 months.

“The DETAC team is excited about being rewarded the tender after such long competition. Damac is a great brand to add to our client list, ” said Detac chairman Mohamed Salama.

In the last 15 years, DETAC has carried out a  range of  projects such as Smart Village Offices Park, Cairo Building, and the EMAK Administration building located at New Cairo and the Misr insurance Building located at Giza.

“DAMAC is looking forward to this collaboration, DETAC is one of the best in its field and Damac is sure it will exceed our expectation,” said Damac CEO Alaa Ayoub.
