Joint venture plans to finance regional builds

Beirut-based project finance and management consultant, Boyadjian & Associates, and VA Tech Finance, a European export and project financing firm, have signed an agreement to provide financing arrangement services to multi-million dollar projects in the Middle East and North Africa.

With the support of an international team of over 50, Boyadjian & Associates will provide international loan structuring, syndication and arrangement services for both private and public sectors.

"Signing this agreement is another step toward realising the expectations of our valued clients," said Vatche Boyadjian, managing director, Boyadjian & Associates.

"Through this new service our clients can finance up to 70% of their projects with flexible and low interest rates and long repayment periods. Hence, their profits will be maximised as the cost of capital decreases."

Boyadjian added that the MENA region has become a prime location for huge development projects requiring massive financing requirements.

"We are confident that our innovative services in financing will jeopardise the local banks using conventional methods. It will open new opportunities to our clients developing infrastructure, industrial, tourism, real estate or privatisation projects.
