Bavaria Gulf nears handover of townhouses
36 units in Sandoval Gardens due to be ready by May
Bavaria Gulf says it will hand over Sandoval Gardens Townhouses, part of the AED 260mn Sandoval Gardens at Jumeirah Village, in May 2010.
A total of 36 units will be handed over, according to Raymond Lefevre, director of Bavaria Gulf.
"It is a challenging time for Dubai's real estate market, but we believe that those projects that stand out in quality, backed by commitment from the developer will see through the tough times," he said.
"Since the launch of the Sandoval project in 2007, we have ensured that we left no stone unturned to stick to our promise of delivering a high-quality project."
The Sandoval development was 95% sold off-plan and Bavaria Gulf says investors have largely kept up with payments.
"We have had minimal cancellations, negligible payment issues and perhaps we are amongst the select few developers that have not readjusted prices as our prices have always been proportionate to the value we offer," said Lefevre said.
Progress is being monitored by an independent evaluator called TUeV, according to the developer.
