Sharjah-based Hamriyah Free Zone Authority will hold the 2nd Sustainable Development Congress tomorrow.

Officials from the organisation will share their own best practices at the session, while partners Unger Steel Middle East and Al Hanoo Holdings will discuss their own sustainable building experiences.

"This congress will also be discussing the challenges facing sustainability in the business environment after the great crash of 2008 and how to overcome it," said Hamriyah Free Zone Authority director general Rashid Alleem.

The first Sustainable Development Congress was held on February 22 and 23, 2009.
