Abu Dhabi-based Khidmah LLC has snapped up two cleaning contracts through tenders for the emirate’s Municipality.

The services management company – the first owned by the emirate - will provide cleaning and pest control services to both the head offices and seven centers affiliated to the Municipality throughout the city.

Sutton Turner, CEO of Khidmah, expressed pride at the opportunity of these contracts and was confident it will be “another milestone in Khidmah’s journey towards becoming the benchmark for property and facilities management in the UAE”.

The deals expand the portfolio of properties managed by Khidmah, which also includes villas at Golf Gardens, Sas Al Nakhl Village, Khalidiya Village and commercial units in Khalidiya/Corniche Tower in Abu Dhabi, Al Oyoun Village in Al Ain, and Lake Shore Tower in Dubai’s master development Jumeirah Lake Towers.
