Two service contract agreements have been signed by HP and Johnson Controls.

The first is a renewed five year contract agreement that will see HP continue to be Johnson Controls' global service provider for more than 1,000 locations across 60 countires. Services include asset management and refresh services as well as software deployment management.

IT staff will use HP services as a single point of contact for end-user enquires. It is hoped this way of working will bring consistency to IT support and cut service resolution times.

The second contract appoints HP as the sole provider of data centre recovery services to protect Johnson Controls business and ensure immediate recovery of its critical business processes in the event of a site outrage.
