Imdaad scooped the prestigious “Overall GCC FM Company of The Year’ award at the annual Facilities Management Middle East ceremony last night in Dubai.

In the third year of the awards, recognising the best and the most innovative firms in facilities management with a record 14 categories, the three-year-old Dubai World company secured the honour in front of a packed house.

Jamal Abdulla Lootah, Imdaad CEO, said: “We’ve worked hard to get this award. We’ve been in facilities management for three years and this is just the beginning. We’ve been recognised as the best company in the region - we now hope to become the best in the world."

Lootah in particular credited the company’s strength in integrating its different services efficiently as one of the keys to its success.
