Al Saqar wins Al Jerf towers in Ajman

Ajman's Al Saqar Contracting has been awarded a $27.2 million contract to build its Al Jerf Gardens project in Ajman.

Ajman's Al Saqar Contracting has been awarded a $27.2 million (AED100 million) contract from Dubai-based High Rise Properties to build its Al Jerf Gardens project in Ajman.

The project is made up of 16 residential towers. Construction is expected to take 22 months.

The buildings will be spread across an area of 55,627m2.

"The experience and reputation of the contractor is outstanding. We are certain that the terms of the contract including delivery will be honoured," said Abdul Hakim Al Tayer, chairman, High Rise Properties.

"Growth of the property sector and the undergoing improvements of the emirate's infrastructure
have encouraged us to build Al Jerf Gardens in Ajman."

Al Saqar Contracting has been operating in the region for 20 years.

High Rise Properties is also behind the planned Rotating Residence development and The Wave Business Tower in Dubai.
