China's Fidu Properties reveals 'best time' to invest in Dubai real estate
COO Nazish Khan says contemporary scene is "a buyer's market in Dubai – something that's a far cry from the past"
Chinese real estate company Fidu Properties said now is the best time to invest in Dubai's property market, which chief operating officer, Nazish Khan, described as a "buyer's market" and one with interesting options for investors and end-users alike.
“It’s a buyer’s market in Dubai – something that’s a far cry from the past," Khan explained.
"The fact is that more tenants are taking advantage of the current market situation to relocate to a larger apartment, or newer communities with better amenities.”
The company warned, however, that the situation may be short-lived, as tenants and investors are rapidly capitalising on market opportunities.
In a statement, Fidu Properties said it was charting expansion plans for the UAE over the next three years in anticipation of growing real estate demand in Dubai.
“While the landlords of more established communities are cutting down on prices to compete with emerging developments, the demand will soon catch up and landlords will swiftly start to see greater investment returns,” Khan said.
“The current market condition market condition in Dubai is offering an opportunity for every tenant to consider buying instead of renting. Developers are recognising this, and are offering them convenient and hassle-free payment plans.”
